After Sevilla 2018: Review and Outlook

ERA Europe will continue to work on the re-launch of its self-regulation programme following an in-depth assessment. These activities will focus in 2Q-3Q 2018 on developing a new tagline in order to reflect the key USP of our programme: providing a dispute resolution platform in the case of complaints of customers of ERA Europe members. This will also require the amendment of our licensing agreement and will be implemented in the re-launch of our self-regulation websites planned later in 2018.

Consumer website relaunch

As a further step in streamlining our self-regulation programme and raising the awareness for ERA Europe’s members and their customers, a main focus will be on the re-launch of our website in order to provide a better overview of the procedures and to include our updated document for download.

Planned launch of the consumer website in Romanian

After the re-launch we will also extend our reach by launching the self-regulation consumer website in Romanian.

Nine new members

We have welcomed nine new members so far in 2018 – all of them having applied under the newly implemented self-regulation procedure.

Join the Self-Regulation Committee

All interested ERA members are more than welcome to join the ERA Europe's Self-Regulation Committee which meets twice a year: once during the Membership Meeting in January and again during the ERA Europe annual conference in June.
