Committee Bulletin: Self-Regulation 3Q18

by Sabine Christmann LL.M. (LSE)

The ERA Europe's consumer seal of confidence guarantees the customer a high standard which is a USP for all ERA members.

Review 3Q18 and Outlook 4Q18

As a further step in streamlining our self-regulation programme and raising the awareness for ERA Europe’s members and customers, our main focus will be on the re-launch of our website in order to provide a better overview of the procedures and to include our updated document for download. After the re-launch we will also extend our reach by launching the Self Regulation consumer website in Romanian.

Consumer Website Re-launch

ERA Europe will continue to work on the re-launch its self-regulation programme following an in-depth assessment. These activities will focus in Q3-Q4 2018 in developing a new tagline in order to reflect the key USP of our programme: providing a dispute resolution platform in the case of complaints of customers of ERA Europe members. This will also require the amendment of our licensing agreement and will be implemented in the re-launch of our self-regulation website planned for late 2018.

All complaints resolved in Q318

The Self-regulation officer was able to solve all complaints addressed to her in Q318 proving that ERA Europe has established an efficient dispute resolution platform for members and customers

Join the Self-Regulation Committee

All interested ERA Europe members are more than welcome to join our Self-Regulation Committee meeting which meets twice a year: once during the Annual Membership Meeting in January and again during the ERA Europe Conference in June.
