Dr. Julian Oberndörfer

CEO, ERA Europe

Dr. Julian Oberndörfer was appointed CEO, ERA Europe in 2013 and runs his own law firm near Munich.

Previously, Julian worked for the German live shopping channel Home Shopping Europe (HSE24) where he held several management positions including Head of Country Management for Austria and Switzerland and VP Media Law, Media Politics and Distribution (MMD). He also worked as a lawyer and for the Deutsche Bank. Additionally, he has held several leading positions in associations and is author of media law literature.

Amanda Justice

Director Communication, ERA Europe / Editor of the ERA Europe News

Amanda has over twenty years experience in retail, direct sales and home shopping and ten years consulting. As SVP Merchandising Hardgoods at HSE24 (2009 - 2014), she worked with many of the ERA member companies and knows the industry well. Before joining HSE24 in 2003, Amanda worked as a consultant and held senior positions in international product management at Avon Cosmetics, based in the UK and Germany. She holds an Executive M.B.A. from Henley Business School and an M.A. from St. Andrews University.

Sabine Christmann, LL.M., Lawyer

ERA Self Regulation Officer

Sabine Christmann has over fifteen years of professional experience in international companies in the media- and platform industries. She is a fully qualified lawyer and holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) of the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).

For more than 10 years, Sabine Christmann had been in charge of the “Regulatory & Public Policy” department at pay-TV provider Sky. Since 2015, she provides legal services including consultancy on distribution strategies and regulation.

Tatjana Demšar Pokorn

Office Manager, Studio Moderna

Tatjana has worked at Studio Moderna for 13 years as an Office Manager. She manages a team of 10 people, supporting the employees with different back up processes for easier and effective communication at work and during travelling. Facility management is also very important responsibility, ensuring effective utilisation of office space and a comfortable work environment for the employees. They are also responsible for the organisation of formal and informal annual events for employees with the goal to increase employee satisfaction as well as the intangible assets of the company.

Melnisa Begović

Marketing Expert, Dormeo at Studio Moderna d.o.o.

Melnisa is a highly experienced, creative and innovative marketing professional, specialised in brand management and customer service improvement programmes. She holds a university degree in Marketing and has 13 years of in-depth involvement in all levels of marketing and successful results in managing marketing strategy, planning and executing brand strategy. She has planned and executed marketing programs at the local, regional and international level and was one of the pioneers in Mystery Shopping/quality of service in the Balkan region that helped organise and execute numerous Mystery Shopping programmes, gave speeches and took part at several Mystery Shopping conferences. For the last two years she has been leading and managing Dormeo, the biggest brand in the portfolio of Studio Moderna d.o.o., with notable success across 21 markets in CEE.
