2019 MCMS Congress has a new co-operation partner

The 2018 MCMS Congress at the Multi-Channel Home Shopping Conference was full of brilliant speakers. It started off with a big drumbeat by Rick Petry, blockchain and bloggers, and continued with Alibaba, future strategies of our members and European regulators as well as legal specialists who discussed the changing business environment.

The event was organised in partnership with the Münchener Medientage, the host of the biggest European regulatory media event which has more than 5000 participants including ERA Europe who was represented with a panel of speakers.

New co-operation partner for the 2019 MCMS

This year we will co-organise the event with EMOTA, the European eCommerce Omni Channel Trade Association.

Maurits Bruggink, CEO, EMOTA, Brussels (ERA Europe is a member of EMOTA)

About EMOTA:

EMOTA originally come from the catalogue business and we are one of their members as they are very strong in public affairs in Brussels.

It is more than evident that we share issues, interests and potentially also business opportunities.

Their CEO, Maurits Bruggink, was a speaker at the 2017 MCMS in Venice.

For 2019 we have agreed to start a partnership with EMOTA with regard to the MCMS. We are looking forward to a long and fruitful exchange and relationship.

MCMS Speaker 2019 Branimir Brkljac, best known in our industry as a former long-term partner in Studio Moderna.

First speaker announced for the 2019 MCMS

The first highlight of the 2019 MCMS is that we can announce that we have won Branimir Brkljac as one of the main speakers.

(For those of you who do not know him, Branimir Brkljac is a Direct Marketing veteran with rich international experience who started his professional career in 1991 launching the legendary device against back pain „Kosmodisk“. Between 1993 - 2012, he was a partner in Studio Moderna which has become the leading direct response marketing company in central and eastern Europe.)

I am certain that we are all happy about this and look forward to see Branimir again as he has been such an inspiration and dynamic driver for our industry.
